Statement from Allectra regarding the Russian invasion of Ukraine:
As events in Ukraine unfold, and as economic sanctions against the Russian Federation are imposed by the United States, European Union, United Kingdom, and numerous other nations, we want to state Allectra’s policy to comply with all applicable economic sanctions, export controls, and other binding restrictions.
We are no longer handling any orders or enquiries from Russia or Belarus.
Allectra will continue to operate whilst respecting all official embargoes including but not restricted to the following:
Sanctions administered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury, Office of Foreign Assets Control
Export controls administered by the U.S. Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security
Restrictive measures imposed by the European Union and its member states
UK sanctions administered by HM Treasury’s Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation and other UK government agencies
Other applicable sanctions, export controls, and restrictive measures imposed by Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, South Korea, Switzerland, and Taiwan, among others.
